Tpm Digital Media (Opc) Private Limited is based in a house, specifically House No 7 in Sector 145, Nalgarha. It’s in the Greater Noida area, part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. Being in a house makes it feel a bit different than a regular office building. It’s a bit more relaxed, but we still work hard. We’ve turned a couple of the rooms into our workspace with desks and all our digital media gear. The neighborhood is fairly new and quiet, which is nice for focusing. We don’t have any big corporate signs outside, just the address. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our laptops. We spend a lot of time on the internet, doing whatever needs to be done for our media work. Uttar Pradesh can get hot, so we’re glad for the shade the house provides. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a bunch of fancy office furniture, just what we need to sit and work comfortably for a few hours. We usually have the news on in the background or some music. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits. We just wear what’s comfortable and get through the day's list. It feels more like a home office that grew a bit larger. We like the independence of being in our own spot like this. It keeps things grounded and real for us while we work.
