Thoughtworkforce Private Limited is situated up on the 16th floor of Ace City, specifically in unit G-1601. Being that high up in Greater Noida West gives us a pretty good view, but mostly we are looking at our screens. It’s a modern building, but our office inside is very much a working space. We’ve got wires running along the floor and whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we can understand. We chose this spot because it’s a growing area and it feels like there is a lot of potential around us. Our team isn't very large, which is how we like it. It means we don't have to deal with endless meetings or red tape. When a task comes in, we just get to it. We spend a lot of time discussing different ways to approach workforce challenges and how technology can help. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we disagree on the best way forward, but we always figure it out over lunch or a quick break. The 201306 area is becoming quite the hub, so there’s a certain buzz when you walk through the lobby of Ace City. However, once we get up to the 16th floor, it’s all about getting the work done. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a group of people who are good at what they do and enjoy doing it here together every day.
