We’ve been set up here in Sector 2, Noida for a bit now, specifically at C-108. It’s a busy spot in Gautam Buddha Nagar. We mostly deal with technical things and solving problems that come up with software or systems. It's just a regular office where we get our work done every day. Some of us have lived in Noida for years, so we know the area well. The building isn't anything fancy, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on computers, figuring out how to make stuff work better for the people we help. There are usually a few of us around the office during the week, drinking tea and looking at screens. It gets noisy outside with all the traffic, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that, just small chats to stay on track. If you’re ever near C-108, that’s where you’ll find the Tephratec Solutionsprivate Limited team. We’re just trying to keep things running smoothly and handle the technical side of business without making it too complicated. It’s a quiet life of fixing bugs and setting up systems here in 201301. Most days are pretty much the same, but we like the routine. It’s how we make sure nothing falls through the cracks. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It takes time, but we don't mind.
