Techneel It Services Private Limited is basically run out of ACE City in Greater Noida. We are over in tower I, flat 1904, specifically under the care of Abhishek Saxena. It’s a residential setup mostly, so it’s not like a big corporate park with security guards checking every bag. Abhishek started this because he saw a need for basic IT services that don’t cost a fortune. We do things like troubleshooting and helping businesses with their internal systems. Living and working in the same area makes things easier, honestly. The commute is just a walk across the room sometimes. Greater Noida is growing fast, and there are always people needing help with their tech. We aren't a massive crew. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a server and a database. We spend our days answering emails and fixing bugs. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but it’s what we are good at. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’re probably just going to see us hunched over our laptops with some snacks on the table. It's an honest way to make a living. We try to be clear about what we can do and how long it will take. People appreciate that transparency. There’s no point in making things sound more complex than they are.
