Techlanders Solutions Llp is up on the 17th floor of Radicon Vedantam, specifically in A 1705. Being that high up gives us a pretty good view of the area, which is nice when you need a break from looking at code. Even though we are in a big building, the office itself feels quite small. We have a few desks crammed into the space. The elevator ride up can take a while during the morning rush, so we usually try to get in early or a bit late to avoid the crowd. We work on various tech solutions for different people. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a lobby. It’s more of a functional workspace where we can focus. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the long afternoons. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't really have a dress code, so you'll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts. Sometimes we get orders wrong for lunch and end up sharing whatever arrived. It’s a simple way to work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just want to do a good job on the projects we have. It’s quiet up on the 17th floor, away from the street noise, which helps us stay concentrated on our tasks.
