Synthicore Innovation Llp

Synthicore Innovation Llp is located out in Dadri, at the SKA Metro Ville complex. Our unit is 605/6F in the GH-1B(3) section of Sector-ETA-2. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here if you’re coming from the main parts of Delhi or Noida, but the area is definitely growing. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar gives us a bit more space than we might have in the middle of a crowded city. The office is on the sixth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. We are mostly focused on innovation and technical projects, but we don't like to use big words to describe it. We just look at what needs to be done and try to figure out a smart way to do it. The atmosphere in the office is pretty laid back. We aren't big on formal dress codes or strict rules, as long as the work gets finished on time. Sometimes we spend hours just talking through an idea before we even start building anything. It’s a messy process sometimes, but that’s just how we work. Being in Uttar Pradesh-201306, we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around us. It’s a busy place but we try to keep our focus on our own tasks. It's just a group of us trying to make things work from this corner of Dadri.
