Synerhof Technologies LLP is a small outfit located in Lakhnawali, Greater Noida. We are set up at the house of Krishna Devi, who was kind enough to let us use the space. It’s more of a residential setting than a formal commercial building, which gives it a bit of a homey feel. Lakhnawali is a local area that’s a bit different from the high-rise sectors you see in other parts of Greater Noida. We like it here because it’s quiet and feels more like a real neighborhood. Our work is mostly technical, and we handle everything from this small office space in Gautam Budh Nagar. There’s no big reception desk or a bunch of assistants. It’s just us doing the work ourselves. We often sit together and talk through problems instead of sending emails back and forth. The pace of life in this part of town is a little slower, which is nice when you’re dealing with stressful tech problems. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules; we just make sure the work gets done and everyone is doing their part. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We usually have some tea in the afternoon and maybe a snack from one of the local shops nearby. It feels more like a family business than a tech firm sometimes, but we still take our tasks seriously. It's just how we prefer to run things around here, keeping it simple.
