You can find us in Shop No.10 at the Hansraj Complex in Sector-31. We are right near the Sector-18 metro station, so the sound of the trains is always there in the background. Our shop is focused on cooling equipment, which means we have a lot of bulky units and copper pipes sitting around. It’s not the most organized place in the world, as there is always a new shipment arriving or someone bringing in something for a look-over. The floor is usually covered in bits of tape and shipping labels. We spend a lot of time on the phone with technicians who are out on jobs and need a specific part right now. It gets quite busy, especially when the summer heat starts to hit Noida. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People usually just walk in and ask for what they need across the counter. Sometimes we have to dig through the back to find an older part that isn't made anymore. The lights in the complex are a bit dim, but we know our way around. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the other shop owners are friends of ours. We don't spend money on marketing; we just rely on the fact that people know we have the cooling gear they need. It’s a busy, sweaty kind of job, but it keeps us moving.
