We are located on the fourth floor of the Rudra Royal Apartments in Shivdaspur. It’s Flat No. T2 4E. Being in Manduadih, Varanasi, means we are close to the station, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the air. The apartment isn't your typical office space, but it works for us. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. It feels a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. We can see the city from the windows, and the sunset looks pretty good from the balcony if we aren't too busy to notice it. We do a lot of our work online, so as long as the internet is running, we are good to go. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens every now and then when the power is out. We share the floor with some families, so you hear the sounds of everyday life while we are working on spreadsheets or taking calls. It keeps things grounded. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy coffee machine. We just have a kettle and some tea bags in the kitchen. It’s a small team and we all know each other well. We don't bother with fancy titles or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just sit down, do what needs to be done, and try to stay productive in the middle of this busy city. That’s how we've always operated here.
