Sunmartech Private Limited is over at Plot No - 29 in Sector - 142. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to some of the other sectors around here. We like it that way because it helps us concentrate. The office is basically just a big room where we’ve set up our gear. We do a lot of tech work, mostly stuff involving systems and coding. There’s always someone complaining about a bug or a server issue, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Just the address on the gate. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the deadlines. We take turns bringing in snacks, which helps keep the mood light. There’s no big hierarchy here, everyone just talks to everyone. If someone has a problem, they just shout it out and someone else usually helps. We’ve been at this for a while now and we’ve learned that keeping things simple is usually the best way. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to each other. It’s just plain English and a lot of practical thinking. The sun hits the office quite hard in the afternoons, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We just do our thing and try to make sure everything works correctly before we leave.
