Starton Technologies Private Limited is based out of Arun Vihar, right across from the Brahmaputra Market in Sector 29. If you know Noida, you know that area is always moving and shaking. We are in unit 1603. It's a decent place to work. We spend most of our hours looking at code and talking about how to build things better. The market across the street is great for lunch breaks when we need a walk or a quick bite. We aren't some huge firm with hundreds of employees in a glass tower. We are just a small team in a flat. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of gear out on the tables, but it works for us. Most days, we’re just focusing on the tech tasks at hand. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It's mostly just building software and making sure things run like they are supposed to. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a problem. Gautam Buddha Nagar is where we’ve settled. It’s a good community with a lot of energy. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when deadlines are close. Our space is simple, just desks, some chairs, and plenty of power strips. We keep things pretty low-key. No fancy suits or corporate rules here. Just a bunch of us trying to keep the tech moving forward every day in our little corner of Sector 29. We like it this way.
