Space Furniture Systems

We’re located at B-69 in Sector-65. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and people in work boots. Space Furniture Systems is basically a workshop where we put together desks, chairs, and all that kind of stuff for offices. It’s a big space but it’s always full of materials and half-finished projects. We don’t have a fancy showroom where you can sit on the furniture and have a tea. It’s more of a place where things actually get built. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we do every day. I spend most of my time on the phone with suppliers or checking on the guys in the back. Sometimes a shipment of steel is late and everything gets backed up, which makes for a stressful week. We try to keep things organized, but when you have fifty chairs arriving at once, it gets messy and crowded. We’ve been in this sector for a few years now. Most of our clients are other businesses nearby that need to furnish their new offices. We don't do much retail work. It's mostly just bulk orders and custom setups for people we know. The noise from the workshop can be a bit much, especially the sound of the drills, but we've got earplugs for that. It’s just a regular business trying to do a good job without making a big fuss.
