This is Sosingh And Sons Spices and we operate out of village Bijo in the Muzaffrabad area of Saharanpur. It’s a small place, really, just at Shimla Devi’s house in Maheshwari. We deal with spices because that’s what people around here use every single day in their kitchens for their meals. Being in a village means we are close to the farms where things grow. My sons and I handle the work, mostly just cleaning and packing what comes in from the local markets. It’s an OPC company but feels more like a home project that grew a bit over time. It is a simple life and the work is hard on the hands, but it’s honest work for us. We just take it day by day, making sure the packets are filled right before they go out.
