Our office is up on the 15th floor of the Galaxy Diamond Plaza, specifically room 1510. It’s in Sector 4, which is a busy part of the area with plenty of other offices around us. Being up that high gives us a decent view of the surroundings, but we spend most of our time looking at our desks anyway. The elevator sometimes takes a while to arrive when everyone is coming in at the same time, but that’s just life in a big plaza. We started Skylia as a way to handle our business in a professional but simple way. We aren't big on corporate jargon or making ourselves sound more important than we are. We are just a team of people who show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The office is bright because of the big windows, but it’s mostly filled with computers and stacks of paper. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle for tea. It gets the job done. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. If something goes wrong, we talk it out and fix it. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on doing the work that’s expected of us. It’s a quiet place for the most part, unless we are all talking at once about a deadline or figuring out a tough problem on a Tuesday afternoon.
