You can find us at B-2311, 12Th Avenue in Gaur City-2, which is over in Greater Noida-West. Scalacode Global Private Limited is the name we went with. Gaur City-2 is a massive area, and 12th Avenue has a lot going on. Our office is up on one of the higher floors. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevators are busy, which they often are. We do a lot of coding and technical stuff here. It’s mostly just us sitting around with our headphones on, trying to figure out bugs. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. Greater Noida-West is growing fast, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up since we moved in. We aren't some massive firm with a thousand people. We are a smaller group that likes to get things done without much fuss. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just looking for tech help in the area. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There’s usually some snacks on the table and the windows give us a good view of the construction nearby. We just take it one day at a time. It’s practical work for practical people. We like it that way.
