Rudrapriya Technosoft (Opc) Private Limited

We are over at D-304 on the third floor in Sector 10 of Noida. Rudrapriya Technosoft is a small operation, run as an OPC, which means things are pretty tight-knit here. We don't have a huge staff or a sprawling office. It is just a few rooms where we get our work done. Being in Sector 10 is convenient because it is easy to get to, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache if you arrive at the wrong time. Our office is filled with the usual stuff: computers, cables, and a few plants that we occasionally remember to water. We do software work, mostly focusing on the technical side that keeps things running behind the scenes. It isn't always exciting, and some days are just spent staring at lines of code until they make sense. We don't have a corporate culture with retreats or team-building exercises. Our team-building is usually just grabbing some snacks together when we finally finish a long project. We like the independence of being a smaller company. It means we don't have to wait for three layers of management to say yes to an idea. We just try it out. If it works, great. If not, we try something else. It is an honest way to run a business here in Uttar Pradesh without all the usual corporate overhead and drama.
