You can find us, Rsps Associates Private Limited, over at Unit No. 308 in Chokhani Square. That’s right in Sector 18, Noida, which is basically the heart of the city’s commercial life. It is always loud and busy outside our windows. There are malls nearby and tons of people constantly walking around. Being in unit 308 means we are up a few floors, so we get a bit of a view of the street chaos below. Our office is fairly tight on space because we’ve crammed in as many desks as we could for the associates. It’s a professional environment but not a stiff one. We don’t wear ties unless there is a really big meeting, which doesn’t happen every day. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting in front of our monitors or talking on the phone. The lobby of Chokhani Square is always a bit crowded with delivery guys and people from other offices. We know the security guards by name because we see them every single morning. We’ve had some good times in this office, and some stressful ones too when deadlines are close. There’s a small tea stall downstairs where we all go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a practical place to work, right in the thick of things in Noida. We don't have fancy perks, just a solid place to get the job done.
