Rosenfield Innovations Private Limited

You can find us over at Prateek Stylome in Noida, specifically in Tower A on the fifth floor. We’ve been at A-506 for a while now, and it’s a pretty good place to run Rosenfield Innovations Private Limited. Sector 45 is a busy part of Noida, but once you get up to the fifth floor, things quiet down a bit. We’ve got a view of the other towers and some of the greenery around the complex. The team is fairly small, just a bunch of us who like solving problems and building things. We aren't into those long, boring meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just talk across the room when something comes up. There’s always a lot of clicking and typing going on. We work on various innovation projects, mostly stuff that requires a lot of thinking and testing. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with papers and coffee mugs everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek, polished design. We just need the space to work. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar means we’re close to everything, which is handy. Most days are pretty standard—come in, check the emails, get started on the main tasks, and maybe take a break to walk around the complex. It’s a steady rhythm that seems to suit us just fine here in Uttar Pradesh. We just keep at it.
