Gomtinagar is a pretty well-known part of the city, and Vivek Khand is a nice enough neighborhood to be in. We have a modest setup here. It is not one of those glass buildings you see in the tech parks. Instead, it feels more like a local workplace where everyone knows each other’s names. We work on digital and robotic things, but we don't try to sound like geniuses when we talk about it. It’s just work that requires a bit of thinking and some steady hands. We spend our mornings getting through the to-do list and our afternoons making sure everything is sorted for the next day. There are no corporate speeches here or long-winded meetings about values. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families. Sometimes the power goes out or the heat gets a bit intense, but we just deal with it. Living and working in Lucknow has its own rhythm, and we are happy to be a part of it. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire.
