Rns Technovatives Llp is over in Sector-63, Noida. Our building is A-43. Sector-63 is known for having a lot of companies, and we are just one of them. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The work we do is pretty straightforward—we focus on new ideas and technical tasks. It’s a lot of planning and then executing those plans. Noida is a fast-paced place, but we try to keep our office a bit more relaxed. We don’t see the point in being stressed all the time. We have a decent space here with everything we need. Most days, we just come in, do our work, and head home. We aren't a huge firm, so everyone knows everyone else. It makes the workday go by a little faster when you’re working with people you actually know and get along with. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon because it feels fake and unnecessary. We’d rather just talk like normal people do. If you come by, you’ll see us just doing our thing at our desks. It’s a practical environment. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep moving forward. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar gives us access to a lot of resources, which is helpful. We’re just a regular group of people trying to do something useful with technology in Noida. We enjoy the process and the challenges that come with it.
