If you ever find yourself in Greater Noida, you might pass by Eldeco Green Meadows where Riztech Software Labs India Private Limited is situated. Specifically, we are at CTD-205. It’s a nice enough area, quite different from the crowded parts of Delhi. We spend most of our time inside these walls working on various software projects. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign out front or a lobby full of people. Instead, it is just a bunch of desks and a lot of coffee mugs. We’ve been here for a bit and it feels like a second home to most of us. The work can be a bit tiring sometimes, but having a quiet space in Greater Noida helps quite a bit. We don't really go for that polished corporate image because that isn't who we are. We are just regular people who happen to be good with technology. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, and other times we leave early if the weather is nice. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that printed on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the day, and head home. It is a practical way to run a company. The neighborhood is friendly, and being in this part of Uttar Pradesh is actually pretty convenient for all of us. It is just a straightforward software lab where work happens.
