Rikara Technologies Private Limited is situated in Vill-Chaura. Our office is actually on the Ideal Public School campus, right opposite D-28 in D-Block, Sector 22, Noida. It’s an interesting spot because you have the school right there, so it’s quite lively during the day when the kids are around. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar-201301 means we are in a busy part of Noida, but our specific corner feels a bit different. The office is a practical space where we handle all our technology work. We have several computers set up and a small area where we keep our files and records. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a coffee bar. We just have a water cooler and a small stove for making tea. We are a small team and most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. The commute isn't too bad if you know the back roads. We don't spend much time on meetings that don't need to happen. We’d rather just get on with the coding or the troubleshooting. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We wear regular clothes and don't worry about being too formal. As long as the work gets done, that’s what matters to us. It’s just a group of people working hard in a quiet corner of Sector 22. We don't really do anything for show. We just stay focused on what needs doing before we head home for the night.
