You will find Reynold India Pvt.Ltd. over in Sector-2, taking up Building C-38 & 39. It is a pretty large space compared to some of the other shops in the area. We have been here for a good while, focusing on industrial chillers and other cooling technology. The building is a bit older, so it has some character, and maybe a few leaks when the rain is really heavy. We have different sections for assembly, testing, and the office work. It can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We have a lot of people coming and going, from technicians to truck drivers. The noise of the testing bay is something we have all grown used to. It is a constant low hum in the background. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of the desks are covered in drawings and half-finished cups of tea. We just focus on getting the chillers built and sent out to the customers. Sometimes things get delayed because of a missing part, and that can be stressful for everyone. But we work through it. The staff is a mix of old-timers and some newer faces. We try to help each other out when a project gets complicated. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We just want to do the job properly and keep the machines running. It is a decent way to make a living, and we’re glad to be part of the sector. Most of us have been working in cooling for our whole lives.
