Reynold India operates out of C-38 and 39 in Sector 02. Having two plots gives us a bit more breathing room than some of the other businesses nearby, but we still manage to fill it up with gear and parts pretty quickly. The sector is usually buzzing with the sound of trucks and loaders. Our space is divided between the office side and the production side. It’s a bit of a walk between the two, so we get our steps in every day. We handle industrial chillers and cooling stuff, so there is often some water on the floor or the sound of testing going on in the background. The staff has a lot of experience, and you can tell by the way they handle the hardware. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The furniture in the lobby is a bit worn out, but it’s comfortable enough if you have to wait a few minutes. We get a lot of regulars coming in for spare parts or just to ask a technical question. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don't use much fancy language here; we just talk about what works and what doesn't. That is how we’ve always done things. It is not about being corporate, it is about having a place where the work gets done right and people are treated fair.
