Sector-51 in Noida is where we’ve set up shop. Reformeta Technology Labs Private is based in a house, specifically H-No. C-152. Working out of a residential area makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have the stress of a massive office complex or the noise of a commercial plaza. The street outside is usually lined with cars, and you see people walking their dogs or heading to the local shops. Inside, we’ve turned the rooms into workspace for our tech projects. It’s a bit of a maze of cables and monitors, but we know where everything is. Noida is such a big hub for technology, but we prefer being in this quieter pocket of Gautam Buddha Nagar. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of management. If something needs doing, we just do it. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we don't wear suits or anything like that. Just jeans and t-shirts mostly. Sometimes we sit out in the small front area during our breaks just to get some air. Reformeta is just a place where we try to solve technical problems without making things overly complicated. It’s a humble office at C-152, and it suits our way of working perfectly. We’ve been here for a while and it feels like home now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep the computers running smoothly.
