Down in Sector 12 of Noida, at J 35, is where you will find the office for R Infrastructure Reliance Energy Limited. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we’ve been here for a good while. The 201301 area is mostly familiar to us now. Our office isn't some giant skyscraper; it’s just a functional space where the work happens. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that keeps things moving behind the scenes. There’s usually a bit of a hum in the office from the computers and the air conditioning. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at technical drawings and schedules. It’s not the kind of work that makes for a great story, but it’s what we know how to do. The desks are covered in notebooks and maps of the local area. We keep a pot of tea going most of the morning to help stay focused. It’s a tight-knit group here. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. Sometimes the internet goes slow or we run out of printer ink, and we just deal with it like anyone else. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the tasks on the list get checked off correctly. It’s a steady pace, and we’re okay with that.
