Our office is over in Nilgiri Apartment 1, which is in Sector 34 of Noida. It’s part of the Gautam Budh Nagar area. Being a US MNC, people might expect us to be in a huge corporate park, but we’re actually settled here in a more lived-in part of the city. We’ve got 41 C as our unit. It feels more like a home-office environment than a cold corporate building. We spend our time working on projects that come from the stateside headquarters. There’s a lot of coordination involved, and our screens are always full of spreadsheets and chat windows. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for us. The area is decent, and there’s plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We don't spend money on expensive decor or a lobby with a waterfall. We just have desks, good internet, and a team that knows how to handle the work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the heat gets intense in the summer, but that’s just life in Noida. We focus on getting the tasks finished on time. We aren't really the type to talk ourselves up. We just show up, do the hours, and head home. It’s a practical way to run things. The Nilgiri apartments are easy to find once you get into Sector 34, and we like being tucked away from the main road noise and the heavy traffic.
