Qlapp Technologies Private Limited

Our office is at 58 Neelam Vihar, on the ground floor in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. It’s a pretty quiet residential-commercial area, which we like. Qlapp Technologies Private Limited is a small outfit. We don't have hundreds of employees or a giant building with a logo on top. It’s just a handful of us working out of this ground-floor space. Being in Kaushambi is handy because it’s close to the border, but it still feels like its own little neighborhood. Our office is simple and functional. We have the equipment we need and not much else. There aren't any big slogans on the walls or fancy lights. We just focus on the tech work we have to do. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello, or we see people walking their dogs outside the window. It feels more like a home office in some ways, which keeps things relaxed for the team. We don't have a big HR department or corporate rules. We just work together to get things finished. It’s a practical setup for a private limited company like ours. We’ve been here for a while and don't see any reason to change how we do things. It's just simple, honest work every day. No frills, just getting the job done. We like the local shops around here for our afternoon tea breaks. It makes the workday go by faster.
