It’s a very nice area, much more open and green than the industrial parts of Gautam Buddha Nagar. Working from Tower-3 gives us a bit of a better view and the air feels a little cleaner than it does right next to the main highways. The office is basically a large apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s comfortable and has a bit of a homey feel to it, which we prefer over a sterile office building. We spend our days mostly on our laptops, sitting around the dining table or at the desks we’ve put in the rooms. It’s a quiet environment, which helps us stay on track. Jaypee Wish Town is quite big, so it takes a minute to get from the main road to our tower. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people. We usually handle our own coffee and tea in the kitchen. Sometimes we go for a walk in the grounds if we’ve been sitting too long. It’s not your typical corporate environment. There are no receptionists or fancy badges. We just know what needs to be done and we sit down and do it. It’s a good spot for us and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home.
