Psstec India Private Limited is based out of B-504 in Tower 4 of Elite Homz, over in Sector - 77. It’s a quiet spot compared to some of the more industrial areas. We like it because it feels a bit more like a community. The office itself is just a regular unit where we’ve set up our workstations. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks, probably drinking water and looking at screens. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational corporation. We are just a group of individuals who work together under this name. Sector - 77 is a nice part of town, and it makes the commute easy for most of the staff. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar with deadlines on it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave early if things are quiet. It’s a very human way of working. We handle the technical and business side of things without much fuss. We’ve been in Tower 4 for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the other people in the building. It’s just our daily life here. We focus on our tasks and try to stay productive throughout the week.
