Procs Technology Private Limited

We set up Procs Technology Private Limited right in Sector-16 of Noida. Our office spans from A-45 to A-50. It’s a decent-sized space but we haven't gone overboard with fancy furniture or decorations. We think it’s better to spend our money on the tools we actually use for work. Sector-16 is a pretty central spot, so getting here isn't too difficult for the staff or anyone coming to see us. There’s a lot of other businesses around, which makes the neighborhood feel lively. We usually start the morning by going over the projects we have on the table. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just grabs it. We handle a lot of tech stuff, and sometimes things get a little hectic when deadlines are close. You’ll often find us staying late, finishing up a piece of code or testing a new system. We don't have a big HR department or corporate rules. We just expect everyone to show up and do their bit. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold and someone has to fiddle with the remote, but that’s about the extent of our office drama. We are just a group of people in Gautam Buddha Nagar trying to build something that works. It’s honest work and we like being here. It’s just how we do things every day.
