We run Primegrid India Techventures Llp from a small place in Prem Nagar Linepar. It's right in Gali Number 1, so it’s easy enough to find if you know Moradabad. The street can get a bit narrow when there are bikes parked everywhere, but that’s just how it is around here. Our office at B-62 is where we do all our thinking and work. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters with a lobby. It's just a regular building where we set up our desks. We started this tech venture because we saw a gap in what was being offered locally. People in Uttar Pradesh are working hard, and we wanted to be part of that growth. Most of our time is spent on the computers, checking data or talking to people about what they need. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we’ve got backups for that. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts while we grab some tea and go over the plan. Moradabad is known for a lot of things, and we’re trying to add some modern tech work to that list. We keep the doors open and try to stay on top of the schedule. Every day brings a different challenge, but we just take it as it comes. It's a local business run by local people who just want to do good work. It’s nothing too fancy, just our daily routine.
