If you come to Sector-77 in Noida, you’ll find us at A-1404 in Prateek Wisteria. It’s a residential society, so Pravip Technologies Private Limited has a bit of a different feel than a standard office block. We are up high on the fourteenth floor. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, but it’s part of the routine. We work in a space that used to be a home, so it feels quite cozy. We have computers set up where a dining table might usually be. It’s just us here, focusing on the tech tasks that need finishing. Noida is a fast place, but inside Prateek Wisteria, it feels a bit calmer. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts while we look at code or manage data. We have some snacks in the kitchen area and we mostly just talk about what needs to be done for the day. Pravip Technologies Private Limited is our way of doing things on our own terms. We don’t follow a corporate handbook. We just try to be useful and do the work that people pay us for. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. When we need a break, we just look out the window at the other buildings in Gautam Buddha Nagar. It’s a simple setup and it works well for the kind of small team we have here. We enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the society.
