At 37, Jagannath Puri, near Delhi Road in Meerut, you will find Poozle Innovations Private Limited. Delhi Road is always loud with traffic and people honking, but once you step back into Jagannath Puri, it gets a little bit quieter. Our office is a basic setup in the 250002 pin code area. We do things related to innovation and technology development here. The office has some old wooden desks and a couple of revolving chairs that squeak quite a bit when you move. We haven't gotten around to oiling them yet. There are whiteboards on the walls covered in diagrams and scribbles that only our team really understands. We spend a lot of time debating how to solve different technical problems. Usually, there are some biscuit crumbs on the table by the middle of the afternoon. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team in Meerut. The power supply in this part of town is okay, but we always keep our UPS charged just in case something happens. The stairs leading up to our space are a bit narrow and steep. We know the shopkeepers on the ground floor quite well. Sometimes we go out to the main road just to get some fresh air or a quick snack. It’s a regular workplace. We don’t have uniforms or anything like that. We just show up and do our work.
