Planman Consulting India is situated in Sector 62, Noida. Our office is actually in the VSNL Apartments, specifically Flat No 107 in the C 58 17 block. Sector 62 is a huge area with a lot of companies, but being in an apartment complex makes our workplace feel a little more grounded and less like a cold corporate office. We’re on the first floor, so it’s easy to get in and out. The space is set up logically for what we do. We have desks for the consultants and a small area for files and the printer. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for our team to work together without bumping into each other. The security guards at the gate know us by now since we’ve been here for a while. Usually, there’s a bit of a breeze coming through the balcony, which is nice in the summer. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards and calendars to keep track of our deadlines. Most days are spent handling calls and managing the paperwork for our clients. We take our tea breaks together when we can. It’s a very practical and unpretentious environment. We just focus on the day-to-day operations and make sure the work gets handled. It's a decent, reliable place to work every day.
