Our office is located over in W Block, specifically at W-6 in Sector 11 here in Noida. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to get to, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. It’s a lot of matching things up and hoping it works out for both sides. The phones ring quite a bit throughout the morning. We’ve been at this address in Uttar Pradesh for a while, and the 201301 pin code area has really grown. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of files that we try to keep organized. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something to update or a person to call back. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; it’s more about the actual work of connecting folks with companies. We see people from all walks of life coming through W-6. It’s interesting to hear different stories every day. Sometimes we stay late when a lot of positions open up at once. The coffee machine gets a lot of use. We just try to be helpful and stay on top of the messages that pile up. It’s a straightforward operation we run here. Nothing fancy, just the daily grind of placement and consulting work in a busy part of Noida. We usually have a few people waiting in the chairs by the door.
