You can find Pipal Research over at B 84 in Sector 15, Noida. This part of Uttar Pradesh has seen a lot of growth, but our spot remains a pretty straightforward place to get work done. We’ve been here for a while now, and the 201301 area feels like home. Our daily routine isn't anything special. We show up, turn on the computers, and start going through whatever data came in overnight. It’s a lot of deep diving into various topics, which means the office is usually pretty quiet except for the sound of typing. We chose this location because it’s easy to get to and it’s not as chaotic as some of the newer sectors further out. The building is older, which we don't mind. It has some character. We aren't here to win awards for our office design; we’re just here to provide the research people ask for. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of working in Noida. We have a small kitchen where we heat up our lunch and talk about things other than work for thirty minutes. Then it’s back to the screens. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we do our job and people seem to notice.
