P. J. Allianz Industries

We are based out of B-32 in Phase-Ii, which is part of the District Gautam Budh Nagar industrial area. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of activity around us. You hear trucks passing by and the sound of other shops working all day long. P. J. Allianz Industries fits right in with the surroundings. Our space isn't meant for showing off; it’s built for work. We have different sections for different tasks and things can get a bit dusty depending on what we are doing that day. The commute out here to Phase-Ii can be a bit of a trek for some of the guys, but we’re used to it by now. We usually start early before the sun gets too hot. There is a lot of metal and machinery around, so it stays pretty warm inside. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned meetings all day. We’re usually on the floor making sure everything is running. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them on the fly. It is just the way it goes in this line of work. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and know the neighbors at the other units. We just keep doing what we do at P. J. Allianz Industries, day in and day out. There is always something to be cleaned or a tool to be put back in its place before we head home for the evening.
