If you go to 203, Orion Tower in Omaxe Heights, that’s where you’ll find Optimin Systems Private Limited. We’re out in Sector 86, Neharpaar. It’s a tall building and we’re up on the second floor. The view isn't amazing or anything, but it gives us a bit of a perspective on the area. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The office is mostly just stacks of paper and people staring at monitors. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you with a scripted line. It’s a pretty laid-back environment most of the time. We just deal with the daily grind and try to stay on top of our to-do lists. Optimin Systems Private Limited isn't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller group and that makes it easier to communicate without having to go through ten different managers. Neharpaar is developing quite a bit, so there’s always some construction noise going on nearby. It can be a little distracting, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time on things that don't matter. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it seems to suit everyone here. We aren't trying to be something we’re not.
