Opera Management Consulting

We are based on the first floor of A 131 in Sector 30, Noida. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you are in the sector. We run Opera Management Consulting from here. It’s a straightforward setup with a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat. We aren't like those big consulting firms in the high-rise buildings you see in other parts of Noida. We prefer a quieter, more low-key environment. Our work is mostly about looking at how companies are managed and suggesting ways they can do things better. It’s a lot of thinking and talking through different scenarios with our clients. We have a small group of regulars who work here every day. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together at the big table in the back room. The office doesn't have any expensive art or fancy furniture. It’s just a place where we can focus on the tasks at hand without many distractions. We've been in this spot for a few years now and it suits us just fine. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who just know us or have worked with us before. We just try to be practical and help out where we can. That’s about all there is to it, really. We keep it simple.
