We operate out of Village Mahawar, near Dadri in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The place belongs to Satender Janhar, son of Ratan Singh Janhar. It’s a rural setting, quite different from the big offices in Noida or Delhi. We’re located in a house here, Post Bambawar. It’s a quiet village life for us. We don’t have any shiny signs or glass buildings. We work from the village because it’s where we are from. It’s a simple life. We have our workspace set up in one of the rooms. Most of the people around here are neighbors or relatives. It’s a tight community. We handle our business from here without much fuss. The roads can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but we don't mind. We focus on what needs to be done each day. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just a small group working in Mahawar. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the power goes out, but we manage. That’s just how it is in the village. We’ve been here since the start. It’s an honest way to work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to get through the work and help out where we can. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just sitting at our desks or talking to someone from the village. It is not like the city, but it works for us just fine.
