You can find Om Service Point Manpower and HRD Consultancy at House No C 82 in Sigma 2, Greater Noida. We chose this location because it is a bit away from the main hustle, which makes it easier for people to come and talk to us about their careers. Our office is inside a regular house, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment. We have set up a few rooms with tables and chairs where we interview candidates and talk to employers. It is a very hands-on operation. We spend most of our time on the telephone or going through stacks of resumes that people drop off. We don't have an automated system for everything. We prefer to look at each person's experience ourselves. The Sigma 2 area is quite nice, and we have a few trees outside that give some shade during the hot afternoons. We have been doing this for several years now, helping people find work in and around UP. It is not always easy work, as matching the right person to the right job takes a lot of patience. We don't make big empty promises to anyone. We just tell them what is available and try our best to help them out. It’s a small team here, mostly just family and a couple of friends. We like the personal touch we can give because we aren't some giant agency.
