Ocean Exports

Our office is at D-116 in Sector-7. It’s a standard sort of building for this area. We started Ocean Exports because we knew the area well and it seemed like a good place to set up shop. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of shipping documents. The sector is always busy with people coming and going. We don't have a big showroom or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably see us on the phone or typing away at the computers. It gets pretty frantic when a big shipment is due. We’ve had the same furniture for years and the carpet is starting to show some wear. It doesn't really matter though, as long as the work gets done. We handle everything from the initial calls to the final checks. Sometimes we have to run out to meet people or check on things at the port, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a small group of people working out of Sector-7. The lunchroom is where we spend our breaks, usually talking about anything except work. It’s a bit of a trek to the main road, but we like being a little further back. It’s quieter that way. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys know us by name. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular things every day. We like it.
