Norgren

If you find yourself in Sector 63, you might pass by A-62. That’s where Norgren is located. It’s a busy part of the area, lots of other companies around us. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks. We deal with a lot of different parts and equipment. Some days the warehouse is packed to the ceiling, and other days we’re clearing things out fast. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and moving boxes. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s more about the racks and the desks where we get the paperwork done. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we’ve got the layout memorized. It’s a regular job for us. We show up, see what needs doing, and try to get it finished before the day ends. Sometimes we stay a bit late if a big shipment arrives. The guys on the floor know their stuff, so we don't need much supervision. We talk about the weekend or the cricket score while we work. It’s a decent place to be. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and the shelves are stocked. It’s honest work, and it keeps us moving. Noida can be a bit chaotic, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s just the usual routine. We keep it simple and focus on the day ahead.
