Noida Art Gallery

The Noida Art Gallery is located at A 21 in Sector 58. It’s a bit of a different pace here compared to the more commercial sectors like 18 or 27. We have these big walls that we use to show different works. It’s a fairly large space, which is nice because it doesn't feel cramped even when there are several people inside at once. We spend a lot of time moving things around and adjusting the lights to make sure everything can be seen properly by anyone who walks in. The floor is concrete and it’s easy to keep clean, though it can feel a bit cold in the winter. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who look after the place and make sure the doors are opened on time every morning. Sector 58 is more of an industrial and office area, so we get a specific kind of crowd coming through the door. It’s quiet in here most of the time, which is something we actually enjoy about working here. You can hear the hum of the city and the traffic outside, but once you step into A 21, it feels a lot calmer. We don't do big fancy openings every week. Most days it’s just about keeping the place tidy and talking to whoever wanders in to look at the walls. We like the building we are in; it’s got a good layout for what we need to do.
