You can find us at A-83 in Sector-63, Noida. This part of Gautam Buddha Nagar is always full of people moving around, and our office is right in the thick of it. Niranik Technologies Private Limited is a small setup where we handle various technology-based projects. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of wires running across the floor. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is and how it all works. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away at keyboards. The summer months in Noida are quite something, so we spend a lot of time making sure the cooling stays on so the machines don't overheat. We usually start our day with a quick chat about what needs to be finished before the weekend. There isn't much formality here. We call each other by our names and don't worry too much about titles or hierarchy. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to stretch our legs. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or because they are also located in the same sector. We just do the work we are given and try to stay consistent with it.
