You can find Nfour Ventures over at C 190 in Sector 49, Noida. It’s a residential-style area, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We like that because it keeps things low-key and comfortable. There are a few of us who started this venture because we wanted to do things on our own terms. We don’t have a big corporate HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. The office has a lot of natural light, which is nice when you're staring at a monitor all afternoon. We do various types of work depending on what's needed, mostly helping people with their business ideas and the tech side of things. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes share snacks people bring from home. It's a very grounded way of working. We don't put on shows for anyone. If you come to see us, you’ll see us as we are, probably in jeans and t-shirts, focused on whatever project is on the table. We’ve been in Noida for a bit now and know the area pretty well. It’s a solid place to be based. We just try to do good work and keep things moving without all the extra fluff and corporate talk.
