Our office for Netlysis Private Limited is out in the Surajpur Industrial Area, specifically Site C, plot 1-093. If you know Greater Noida, you know this part of town is all about the factories and the grit. It’s not a polished place with glass buildings. It’s an industrial zone through and through. We chose this spot because it felt real and practical. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar gives us a lot of space to breathe, even if it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up. Our building is pretty straightforward. No fancy decorations or anything that isn't necessary. We spend most of our time inside, focused on the technical stuff that keeps us busy. The 201308 area is quite a drive for some, but we’ve gotten used to the commute over time. There are always trucks moving around nearby, which reminds us that this is a place where things actually get built. We aren't a massive team, just enough people to handle the load we have. We keep things pretty low-key. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home or something quick from a nearby stall. It is a no-nonsense environment, which suits us just fine. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do what we do. We just need a solid desk, a working computer, and a little bit of quiet when the machinery outside stops for a lunch break.
