N S Industries

Our workshop is located at D-81 in the Hosiery Complex, which is part of the Phase-II Extension industrial area. N S Industries is a place where there is always noise from machines and the smell of materials. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where the real work happens. We spend our hours on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. We aren't big on office politics or fancy meetings. We mostly just talk over the sound of the equipment. It can get pretty dusty and loud, but that is just part of the job. We have been in this part of the industrial area for quite some time now. We know the other guys running the units nearby and we sometimes help each other out. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. If we need to get the word out, we just tell people. The work is repetitive but it requires a lot of attention to detail so we don't mess up the batches. We stay busy with the daily production schedule. It’s a simple life, coming in early and leaving when the quota is met. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
