Moti Packaging Industries Pvt. Ltd is situated over at C-124 in Sector -2. It is an industrial area, so it is mostly warehouses and other factories around us. We spend our days around the smell of cardboard and the constant sound of machines running. It is not the quietest place to work, but we are all used to it by now. We have been in Sector -2 for a good while, and we know most of the other business owners nearby. The work we do is pretty basic—we make sure things are packed up tight so they do not break during transport. There are no fancy boardrooms here. Our office is usually just a desk in the corner of the floor where we can keep an eye on the production. Sometimes the machines act up or we run low on a certain type of tape, but we always figure it out. It is a practical kind of life for us. We do not go in for big speeches or polished brochures. If someone needs boxes or wrapping materials, they come to C-124 and talk to us directly. We try to be fair and just do a decent job every day. The building itself is plain, just a big gate and a simple sign, but it is where we put in our hours. We start early when the air is still a bit cool and stay until the last load is ready for the morning pickup.
